Elizabeth Tatham
Director of Operations
Elizabeth Tatham has been responsible for organizing and maintaining IT needs as well as records for National Insurance Advisors (NIA) and the National Association of Drug Free Workplaces (NADFW). Elizabeth graduated from Cedarville University in May of 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education. Previously a Customer Relations Specialist and office assistance, Elizabeth is responsible for the bookkeeping, human resources records, orientation and training of new employees, as well as maintaining and upgrading the IT infrastructure for both companies.
Within the past few years, Elizabeth has developed and organized creative work aids and oversees vending management, while maintaining inventory control for each side of both companies. Her background in customer service has enhanced her skills with organizing and overseeing the operations for both NIA and NADFW, to ensure they are working to their fullest potential. Her background in understanding Exchange Servers and multilinking of an intranet network has developed an integral part of the companies’ potential. |
