David Fleming is the Assistant Vice President of Wrap Administration for National Insurance Advisors. He is responsible for his department maintaining best practices of Wrap Administration, which include: issuing Program Certificates of Insurance, identifying and enrolling new subcontractors, negotiating bid-deducts with the subcontractors, collecting and calculating all payroll reported on the Wrap jobsite, and coordinating insurance-related communication between the Owner, General Contractor, and Carrier. He works with both the Wrap and GC’s Safety Representatives to track the handling and prevention of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims. He also coordinates with the on-site Wrap personnel to ensure Worker Orientations are being held and that Drug-Testing is being performed per contractual standards.
Previously, David was a file clerk for St. Paul Travelers in 1998. While in college, David accepted an opportunity from National Insurance Advisors to work in their office during the summers. After graduation, David accepted a full-time position as OCIP Assistant, where his hard work and total dedication to our clients earned him his current executive position.
David graduated from Clearwater Christian College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. He has his 2-20 General Lines Insurance License, and is expanding his knowledge of risk management by working to obtain his CRIS designation. David has lived in Florida for 17 years and is active in the International Round Table and RIMS.
